# Consul Double System Chassis – Preparation for the E-Mobility Era

The Consul Double System Chassis (SKU: 647305, HAN: 475433) is a crucial development for modern workshops, enabling existing lifting equipment to be prepared for the challenges of e-mobility without requiring extra space. This system is the perfect blend of space-saving and efficiency, integrating two different lifting methods onto a single platform.

This accessory solution can be retrofitted to the Consul 2.45 type lift, significantly expanding its application area, especially for the maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.

## Main Features and Advantages

The main goal of the Double System Chassis is to allow workshops to flexibly handle both conventional vehicles and new-generation electric cars at the same workstation.

**1. Dual Functionality in One Unit:**

The system allows the same lift to be used both with the conventional swivel arm chassis lifting method and with a wheel grab system. This dual capability maximizes the utilization of the available workspace.

**2. E-Mobility Compatibility:**

Optimized specifically for the safe replacement and maintenance of e-car batteries. Lifting electric and hybrid vehicles occurs via the wheel grab system, which ensures optimal access to the underside of the vehicle for safe work execution.

**3. Space-Saving Solution:**

The greatest advantage of the system is that despite the introduction of new functions, the distance between the columns (column spacing) remains unchanged. This means no additional floor space is required to support e-mobility.

**4. Wide Vehicle Compatibility:**

The flexibility of the system allows for lifting anything from smaller passenger cars up to large luxury sedans, such as the S-Class or the BMW 7 Series.

**5. Simple Retrofit Installation:**

Retrofitting onto Consul 2.45 lifts can be carried out simply and efficiently, causing minimal downtime.

**6. Complete Delivery Package:**

The scope of delivery includes all necessary equipment for the complete commissioning and servicing of the system.

## Technical Data

The Consul Double System Chassis extends the capacity and functionality of the existing lifting system. It is important to note that the load capacity of the entire system (including the lift) is limited due to the integrated accessory system.
