# Black Glue Gun Sticks (25 pcs/pack) – Professional Accessory

This product is an accessory for Wieländer+Schill professional body repair tools, specifically designed for paintless dent repair (PDR) using the glue pull technology. The high-quality, black hot glue gun sticks ensure reliable adhesion and efficient work on body panels.

**Part Number:** 387014

## Product Description and Application

These glue sticks are essential accessories for every technician using PDR technology. The black, high-viscosity polyurethane (PU) based glue has optimal bonding properties, guaranteeing that the pulling tabs or adapters are firmly attached to the damaged surface, enabling precise and damage-free removal of dents.

The product is an ideal choice for professional workshops where fast and reliable adhesion is critical for maintaining efficiency. The 25-piece package ensures that sufficient material is always available, even during longer working sessions.

## Technical Data and Properties

The detailed technical specifications of the product are as follows:

### Main Features Advantages

* **Excellent Adhesion:** The special PU formula guarantees a strong and durable bond to painted surfaces, minimizing the risk of workpiece separation during the pulling process.

* **Professional Quality:** Designed to withstand the mechanical stress encountered during the PDR process.

* **Compatibility:** The 11 mm diameter ensures compatibility with standard, high-performance glue guns.

* **Efficiency:** The 200 mm length reduces the frequency of stick changes, thereby increasing workshop productivity.

## The Role of Hot Glue Technology in PDR

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is based on the fine, gradual restoration of the damaged surface without damaging the paint layer. The glue pull repair technique is one of the fastest and least invasive methods for dealing with small and medium-sized dents, especially on areas where the internal structure of the body prevents the use of traditional pushing tools.

These black glue sticks provide the necessary „holding force” for the pulling tools. After applying the glue, the pulling adapter is placed on the damaged surface, and once the glue hardens, the tension is gradually released using the pulling system, restoring the metal to its original shape. The correct quality of glue is crucial for a successful repair, as insufficient adhesion can cause the repair attempt to fail or even damage the paintwork.

## Usage Recommendations

1. **Surface Preparation:** For best results, clean and degrease the surface to be repaired appropriately (with alcohol or a special PDR cleaner).

2. **Glue Gun Preparation:** Insert the black glue stick with part number 387014 into a suitable high-performance glue gun and allow it to heat up completely according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. **Application:** Apply an even amount of adhesive to the selected pulling adapter.

4. **Attachment:** Place the adapter in the center or at the deepest point of the dent and hold briefly until the glue achieves the necessary initial bond.

5. **Pulling:** After the adhesive has fully cured (depending on the glue type and ambient temperature), perform the pulling operation with the appropriate pulling tool.

6. **Removal:** After the repair is complete, adhesive residue is usually removed using special solvents or mechanically (e.g., with a plastic scraper), without damaging the paint.
