The Aerosol Unit (FI-AUCA1) is a lightweight, handheld device that utilizes innovative aerosol technology for effective fire suppression. The device releases a special aerosol containing potassium nitrate into the air, emitting fine solid particles in gaseous form. These particles interfere with the chemical reactions of the fire, thereby interrupting the combustion process. While using Aerosol Units does not reduce the oxygen level, the released gas reduces the oxygen concentration in the vicinity of the fire, further aiding in extinguishing the flames. This environmentally friendly solution is not harmful to people or animals. The unit is quick and easy to use: just remove the fuse and throw it into the fire. Aerosol Units have also passed tests (UL 2775, EN15276-1, ISO15779, NFPA2010, EPA SNAP). Each set contains 2 aerosol units, which can provide significant support in the effective handling of fire incidents.
