The DSPA 11-5 and 11-6 type aerosol generators can be used as extremely effective fire extinguishing system components. The DSPA generator is pressureless and must be installed in the space or compartment to be protected. After activation, an aerosol cloud is created which spreads volumetrically, fills the space, and extinguishes the fire. DSPA generators are primarily designed for use in normally unoccupied and vacant areas and are effective for fire classes A, B, and C. They are recommended for the protection of semi-large compartments, such as warehouses, archives, technical rooms, and server rooms.
