The MCBOX 2.0 is an advanced management system specifically designed for the efficient monitoring and control of non-commercial diesel fuel and AdBlue® (SCR fluid) dispensing stations. This equipment is a crucial tool for precisely monitoring users, vehicles, and the quantity of fuel and AdBlue® dispensed, thus ensuring the optimization of fleet management and the accuracy of invoicing.
The MCBOX 2.0 system provides an integrated solution for the complete supervision of on-site fuel distribution, whether in garages, agricultural, logistics, mining, construction, industrial, or even marine applications.
The MCBOX 2.0 forms an electronic panel to which the system pump, an electronic flow meter, a fuel nozzle contact (microswitch), and an optional external printer can be directly connected. The system ensures intelligent control over the entire dispensing process.
The basic function of the system is access control. User and vehicle identification is done using magnetic keys (i-button):
Yellow i-button: Used for user identification.
Blue i-button: Used for vehicle identification.
This method guarantees that only authorized personnel and vehicles can access the fuel or AdBlue®, thereby minimizing misuse and ensuring accurate invoicing.
A standout feature of the MCBOX 2.0 is its capability for two-way communication with a PC, which is achieved via a standard LAN connection . This feature not only allows for data reception but also enables the remote, convenient, and precise modification of the system configuration. To meet user demands, the device is LAN or WiFi version is also available.
Both versions are fully compatible with the SSM2.0 (Self Service Management 2.0) software, which forms the basis for central management and data processing.
The MCBOX 2.0 is also capable of monitoring the fuel level in tanks if they are integrated with it OCIO 2.0 level sensor. This accessory provides continuous level monitoring and is capable of automatically shutting off the pump in case of low level.
The device with a dual display and with a keypad for local operation, as well as a reader for i-button keys.
The MCBOX 2.0 offers several basic and advanced functions for efficient fuel management:
Access Control: Only identified users and vehicles can use the system.
Pump Start: Electronic control for operating the pump.
Pre-selection: It is possible to preset the amount of fuel to be dispensed.
Pulse Flow Meter Management: Compatible with pulse-operated flow meters, ensuring accurate quantity measurement.
External Level Switch Management: Capable of managing an external level sensor that shuts off the pump in case of low tank level, preventing dry running.
Nozzle Holder Microswitch Management: Detects when the nozzle has been returned to its holder.
The system's flexibility is increased by optional accessories:
| Optional Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Magnetic keys (yellow i-button) | for user identification. |
| Magnetic keys (blue i-button) | For vehicle identification. |
| OCIO 2.0 level sensor | Continuous tank level monitoring and level protection. |
