The Consul 4-post 4.45 L-SN lift is an extremely compact yet high-capacity solution for lifting passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, as well as for wheel alignment. Thanks to its extended platforms, it is also suitable for vehicles with long wheelbases. This lift combines reliability, safety, and modern workshop requirements in an elegant, space-saving design.

Integrated Wheel Control Scissor Lift: Within the main lifting system, there is a separate scissor lift with a load capacity of 3,500 kg, equipped with extendable supports. This allows the wheels to be lifted freely for wheel alignment work.
Master/Slave Hydraulics: The wheel-free scissor lift operates with a Master/Slave hydraulic system, ensuring synchronized and stable lifting.
Extended Ramps: Ideal for sports vehicles, it features 1000 mm long ramps that facilitate vehicle entry.
Adjustable Platform: One platform is almost fully adjustable, equipped with a locking mechanism that provides flexibility for different track widths.
Integrated Rail System: A track is integrated into the platform for jacking beams, allowing for quick and safe positioning.
Low Noise Hydraulics: The submerged, low-noise hydraulic drive contributes to a more pleasant working environment.
Safety Features: The lift is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, as well as a tensioned cable, cable break safety, and anti-rollback protection.
Pneumatic Central Locking: The central control operates with a pneumatic locking device (8 bar), which guarantees reliable fixing. The locking rods secure the full lifting height in 100 mm increments.
Optional Column Spacing: It is possible to extend the distance between the columns to 3,000 mm (with optional accessories).

The lift features electro-hydraulic control, which allows operation via the front left door. Safety is a top priority:
