The PIUSI Remote Display is a robust and versatile device specifically designed to provide maximum convenience and accuracy in the remote monitoring of pulse meters. This unit is essential in any industrial, logistics, construction, or garage environment where precise and immediate monitoring of fluid transfer volume is crucial.

This remote control unit enables simple tracking of dispensed quantities and cumulative totals from up to 15 meters away, significantly improving the transparency and efficiency of operations.

The Remote Display is designed to complement PIUSI pulse meters, especially in applications where the receiving unit can only recognize discrete pulse quantities. When combined with pulse emitter models, the range of applications for the remote display expands considerably.

Display and Data Presentation

The unit features a large display that shows two main pieces of data in an extremely readable format:

  • Partial Total: 5-digit display with floating point, covering a range from 0.001 to 99999 (display height 11.5 mm). This value shows the current dispensed quantity.

  • Non-Resettable Total: 8-digit display capable of recording a range from 1 to 99999999 (display height 5 mm). This function ensures the recording of the total, auditable quantity, which cannot be modified by the user.

Calibration and Compatibility

The display includes software applications for calibrating the meters, ensuring maximum accuracy when measuring fluids of different viscosities and types.

  • Pulse/Liter Settings: The unit is flexibly configurable to match the meter unit with the following settings: 1, 2, 10, 20, 50, or 100 pulses per liter.

  • Unit of measurement: Various meter unit setting options are available.

  • Flow Rate Indication: The display is capable of showing the current flow rate.

  • Compatibility: Fully compatible with all PIUSI pulse meters.

Power supply
