The MCBOX B.SMART is PIUSI's next-generation, advanced electronic fuel monitoring system, designed to provide a flexible and efficient solution for fleet management needs of any size. This compact control panel is capable of controlling and monitoring any type of AC/DC pump, pulse meter (litre counter), fuel nozzle, and level sensor. The MCBOX B.SMART integrates the revolutionary B.SMART fuel management system, which uses state-of-the-art cloud technology and mobile applications for real-time data delivery.
This system is an ideal choice for numerous sectors, including agriculture, logistics, construction, mining, industrial facilities, and marine applications. It is particularly suitable for managing diesel, HVO, and XTL fuels, as well as AdBlue® (urea solution).
The MCBOX B.SMART system was developed with maximum flexibility and ease of installation in mind, especially the MCBOX B.SMART DC version, which simplifies the installation process, making it easily adaptable to almost any application.
Thanks to the new, enhanced features, the MCBOX B.SMART can now control and manage up to 2 pumps with a single unit. This „DUAL PUMP” capability significantly increases system flexibility, enabling the simultaneous management and level monitoring of systems containing different tanks, or even multiple different fluids at the same time.

The MCBOX B.SMART is the B.SMART fuel management system hardware component. B.SMART is a simple and intuitive solution consisting of software (drivers for drivers and cloud software for managers) and hardware parts.
The key technology is Bluetooth connection, which allows the MCBOX B.SMART to immediately transmit transaction data to the B.SMART mobile application (on Android or iOS devices).
Operating process:
Authorization: The driver starts the B.SMART application on their mobile device. The smartphone automatically connects to the MCBOX B.SMART unit to authorize the refueling.
Data logging: During refueling, the driver can track the dispensed quantity in real-time on their device. After the refueling is complete, the virtual receipt appears.
Real-time Synchronization: Transaction data is immediately sent to the Cloud Software .
Management: The fleet manager can monitor and manage all completed fuel supplies in real-time through the simple graphical interface of the cloud-based software, regardless of the site size.
No PC software installation required: B.SMART operates entirely in the cloud, enabling transaction monitoring from anywhere where the MCBOX B.SMART is installed.
